Whoever coined the phrase “you can’t judge a book by its cover” was certainly out of touch. Although the intent of the phrase holds true, the reality of it is that we all make judgments of one another based on presentation. In fact, we make statements all the time without uttering a single word, and rest assured, others will certainly take note of what we have to say.
Shortkid Productions made the recruiting process much easier knowing that we had a professionally edited video...that best demonstrated our athlete’s talents.

At Shortkid Productions, we know what the recruiting process entails. Many of our staff have taken part in the college recruiting process themselves and know how to best present an athlete in a professional recruiting video. Proper recruiting video content is essential. Through our athletic experience and the guidance of our advisors, we know which elements the collegiate coaches are looking for, how much they want to see, and the order they want to review them. Our experience in post-production gives us the technical expertise to build a professional recruiting video for your athlete.
Presentation is an essential part of athletics. Every time an athlete performs they are being evaluated. In training, the coaches are looking an athlete’s form and technique. In the competition, athletes are presenting their skill to the best of their ablitiy. When the time comes for an athlete to create a recruiting video, that dedication to presentation should not be compromised. Shortkid Productions understands that presentation does matter when it comes to recruiting. It is not enough to simply throw a recruiting tape together when an athlete’s future college career is on the line. The athletes are once again being evaluated, this time by the collegiate coaches.
