Skills To Film For Volleyball
The following examples show skill elements for both men and women players and incorporate two styles of filming. The examples using women demonstrate a more static drill repetition style while the examples using men show a live practice situation that involve other players and continuation of the play. Neither style is gender specific, and while many coaches may prefer the more game-like situations, you should choose the style that best fits your ability to set up the filming session.
